  • Medication-assisted treatment at each criminal justice intercept point.

Josiah D. Rich, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Rich is a professor of medicine and epidemiology at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine of Brown University, a practicing infectious disease specialist at The Miriam Hospital Immunology Center, and director and co-founder of The Center for Prisoner Health and Human Rights at The Miriam Hospital.

Ross MacDonald, M.D.
Dr. MacDonald is chief of medicine and assistant vice president for the NYC Health + Hospital’s Division of Correctional Health
Services, overseeing provision of medical care for the 60,000 patients incarcerated annually in the NYC jail system.

Participating jurisdictions must bring a multidisciplinary team to learn from national and local experts. Participating jurisdictions may be eligible for funding and technical assistance to develop and implementing the focused and collaborative strategies that will be discussed. The conference wil be held November 4-5, 2015 in Peoria, Illinois.
